Dynamic body work, movement both on the ground and in the air, light flight dance and contact improvisation. An intensive movement workshop leads you to specific use of body orientation mechanisms. It trains the body and mind in a way that they lightly pass between the ground and the air, between horizontal, vertical and upside down positions. At the same time, it activates less used parts of the body and less used ways of thinking.

The aim is movement rooted anywhere in space, progressively captured in imaginary locations and in imaginary directions. Movement that frees the body from effort brings delightful sensory perceptions in its flow and evokes euphoric states of mind.

Sweating, breathing fast and with shining eyes, we will learn the body’s secrets in motion. We will feel more in touch with the body than you can imagine. We will be speaking through the body, experiencing it, developing it and teaching it, discovering all its intelligence in movement, awakening the senses and maintaining physical comfort.

We will touch the potential of mind and body. We are going to get beyond logic and limits… in motion, in dance, in contact with a partner.
