A new (renewed) Contact Improvisation class with Rick Nodine

When:  Wednesdays 6:30 to 8pm

            11 week term from September 29th to December 8th

What:   Contact Improvisation is a structured, but improvised, partner dance based on communication through touch. The technique develops physical awareness and coordination, pleasure in         movement and bravery in exploring the possibilities of dance.

How:   We will start with the basics, respecting the special care we will need to begin again working closely with other people after       Lockdown.

Who:   Everyone welcome. Proof of vaccination or negative Covid test required.

Cost:     £10 drop-in, £40 for a 5 class carnet, £85 for the term

Islington Arts Factory is a converted church building, opposite the entrance to Holloway Prison and on the Parkhurst Road / Camden Road one-way system.
