For 7 days you will be guided in Contact Improvisation, Kriya Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Bhajans, Yoga Nidra and Self Inquiry.

We meet in Palairos to explore the connections between Yoga and Contact Improvisation. They are both supporting each other and they are both supporting us, to fully be together in this moment as who we are. People with any level of experience with CI and Yoga are welcome at this event.

Ann Kristin Holten is facilitating the CI classes and jams. Basu Deva is leading the yoga program, he is an experienced teacher of Yoga and meditation. This is the third year they are creating this event together. See the link for all information.

The location is beautifully situated by the Ionian sea, in a small Greek village. Fresh food and swimming in the ocean is always close.
