In jams where Contact Improvisation is practiced freely, all participants hold and share the space together and freely explore their own movement in relation to others in the space.
The basic principles of Contact Improvisation will be introduced by the facilitators (Dilek & Yağmur), we will prepare to open the jam space with warm-up exercises and then we will enjoy dancing together.

In this 2-hour open space; we will start by warming up our bodies, getting to know ourselves and each other through games and exercises. Then the space will be open to improvisation, play, exploration and free flow. We will work on trust, listening, connecting with the ground and weight sharing. Anyone who is familiar with Contact Improvisation or who is new to it is welcome to participate, no movement background is required.

It is open to anyone who is interested in Contact Improvisation, curious about what it is and waiting to try it.
