The retreat is designed for people with sufficient experience in contact improvisation who are already familiar with jam and who have the desire to discover or deepen its meditative/ contemplative side.
Focalizers, the Teacher and the Workshop
The afternoon workshop this time will be led by irish teacher Stave Batts.

Two Focalizers will accompany the group all the time ensuring their presence in the jam and meditations.
The Silence
The practice area will always be silent, with some exceptions. In the rest of the retreat area you can talk, but from the beginning of the evening jam we will keep silence in all areas of the retreat until breakfast.
The 4th day will be fully silent.
Jam will be the main exploration space. In the evening jam a musician will accompany us.
The Talking Circle
Sitting in the Talking Circle we will listen to what everyone wants to share, if they feel the need. We will get to know each other. It will be interesting to hear words that come from silence....
Nature, Meditation
We will dance, meditate, we will circle together. If you have never meditated, don't worry: the focalizers will give you the indications to better enjoy the experience.

Il ritiro è concepito per persone con sufficiente esperienza nella contact improvisation che abbiano già confidenza con la jam e che abbiano il desiderio di scoprirne o approfondirne il lato meditativo/contemplativo.
I Focalizers, il Teacher e il Workshop

Ci saranno anche due Focalizers, che accompagneranno sempre il gruppo garantendo la loro presenza nelle jam e nelle meditazioni.
Il Silenzio e La Jam di Contact Improvisation
Lo spazio di pratica sarà sempre silenzioso, tranne qualche eccezione. Nel resto dello spazio del ritiro si potrà parlare, ma dall’inizio della jam della sera manterremo il silenzio in tutte le aree del ritiro fino a dopo la colazione.
Il quarto giorno invece è completamente silenzioso.
La Jam sarà il principale spazio di esplorazione. Nella jam della sera ci accompagnerà un musicista.
Il Cerchio di Parola
Seduti nel cerchio di parola, ascolteremo quello che ognuno vorrà condividere, se ne sentirà il bisogno. Ci conosceremo! Sarà interessante ascoltare parole che vengono dal silenzio.
Natura, e Meditazione
Danzeremo, mediteremo, staremo in cerchio insieme. Se non hai mai meditato non ti preoccupare: i focalizer ti daranno le indicazioni per vivere al meglio l’esperienza.
