Welcome to the sunday contact improvisation jam in Oslo.
The first hour will be a guided warm-up (we are different teachers rotating on giving class). The following two hours will be a space for free jamming.
All levels are welcome!
Invenstment is 80 kroner. It is possible to pay cash or use Vipps for payment.
Bring clothes that are comfortable for dancing - for you and anyone you dance with (no big metal details and such). And you may appreciate having a water bottle with you.
