Come restore flow and ease in your body, experience deep human connection, and cultivate clarity within yourself and your relationships.

During this intensive, we will allow the wisdom of our bodies to guide our movements, supporting the particular healing we are each needing right now. We will collectively experience our feelings as messengers between our bodies and our environment, welcoming them as essential guides providing momentum and direction for action.

No prior experience necessary.  Appropriate for all levels of ability and disability.

Schedule: Friday 11/15 class 7:30-10:30 pm

    Saturday 11/16  class 9 am - 12 pm; class 2 pm - 5 pm; jam 7:30-10:30 pm

                   Sunday 11/17 class 9 am - 12 pm

Cost: $150-$250 sliding scale

           Scholarships and work trade available for those with financial need.   No one turned away for lack of funds.

Accommodation: a limited number of people will be able to sleep in the loft above the barn.  Ample camping spots also available. Shower and simple kitchen available for use.

Stuart Phillips has been devotedly teaching, performing and researching Contact Improvisation Dance as a therapist for over 36 years. He studied emotional/energetic flows with the Vywamus Foundation and has taught throughout the US, Canada, Europe & New Zealand. His intention is to empathically draw out students' inner realm, evading blocks quickly and painlessly. In his workshops, intuition becomes the main reliance and raw feelings the main flow, as obstacles dissipate. Emotional energy is the main trust/pathway. Stuart has worked with thousands of clients, performed improvisation countless times & run endless Contact Improvisation Jams. His skills combine nonjudgmental compassion, deep directional focus & willingness to draw in what is right/true for each individual, as they see it. With Stu’s work, one decides to gently unravel sticky blocks or misunderstandings, confront one’s unknown emergences with grace, unlock and free one’s unknown realities, support one’s true process, hence hasten development towards proper self-evolvement.

Classes include: inner movement guidance, outer movement truing, inner and outer confrontational ease, trigger dissolution, all level self-acknowledgement, quandary grappling, personal communication organization and offering, purposeful “showing,” situational emergence with intentional resolution and inner relational absorption and reflection. An intuitional structure will sense and draw out participants’ naggings, turning them into workable formats for a smoothly running self.
