We grow to the rhythm of our heart, a resonance field that affects mind, breath and movement in all its dimensions and paths. We will explore on a sensory and cardio-ceptive level, delving into the nature and mysteries of this vital organ and muscle. Knowing the heart as an integrating center of circulation and breathing. To observe its embryological development, its architectural deployment of double helix to support us in its pulsating fluidity and communicative opening.

From this cardiac integration, we will play with the natural turns and spirals that are part of the language of Contact Improvisation.
We will focus on experiential anatomy, touch and direct contact as the engine of individual and shared movement and improvisation.
Witnessing, dancing, writing/drawing and debating will allow for reflection and processing from an embodied consciousness, heart in hand.

Body-mind Centering® is an integrative, vivencial approach to movement, body and consciousness, an experiential inquiry in which anatomical, physiological, psychophysical, embryological and developmental principles are applied. Understanding the development that gives rise to the structures that make us up allows us to feel at home, reconnect with our bodies and access renewed ways of inhabiting them.

It is not a technique, but a way to explore awareness of the changing territory of the body-mind.
A practice of deep "embodiment/embodiment," where science and experience go hand in hand, (re)learning through movement, touch and voice, expanding our capacity to feel and act.

𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘀
Catalan German, dedicated to dance, somatic work and yoga in the context of teaching, performance and philosophical-artistic investigation.
I study pedagogy, idioms and dance between Spain and Germany. The contact with the Moving on Center/ EE.UU school changes my way of understanding the body, movement and expression, which is why I began training in Somatic Education of Participatory Arts and later in Body-Mind Centering.

My investigation focuses on the individual and shared experience of the body/Embodiment process, with the radical naturalness of one's own body as a guide. I facilitate and collaborate on courses and projects in Contemporary Dance, Somatic Movement, BMC, Contact Improvisation, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Somatic Yoga in artistic, civic, pedagogical and therapeutic centers in Cataluña, the Peninsula and the rest of Europe.
