The Association CorPoetica, represented by Elisa Ghion (President), via Nino Bixio 8, 20068 Peschiera Borromeo, Milano – Italy, maintains these online services in accordance with European and Italian information privacy laws.

You have the right to request information on personal data, that is, data about you that has been processed and stored, and you are entitled to have such data corrected, deleted, or to demand that it is only used in a limited fashion. To do this, you may send an e-mail to the project manager.

2.3.1 Objectives and types of data
Our website’s main purpose is to provide a public calendar for CI-events. Therefore, we will save the event data entered on our website to provide our service. This data includes:

  • The event location (mandatory, displayed on web),
  • a Facebook-link (not mandatory, displayed on web),
  • the URL of the event webpage (displayed on web),
  • the organizer’s names (not mandatory, displayed on web),
  • the link to the organizer’s public profile (not mandatory, displayed on web).

The data is being retained and published with your consent.

2.3.3 Transmission of data and persons eligible to access such data
The right to access data is based on our respective internal rules regarding access permissions, as well as on the relevant written agreements with our service providers.

2.3.4 Retention of data
The event data is retained until the event is over. Afterwards, all the event data is deleted from our calendar and database.

2.3.5 Your rights
You have the right to have such data deleted, rectified, and to limit the ways in which it may be processed.


2.4 The creation & publishing of profiles

2.4.1 Objectives and types of data

  • USER REGISTRATION
    Users can create profiles to be able to publish events.
    No one of the user registration fields is displayed on the web.

  • TEACHER PROFILE
    Teachers can decide, to make their profiles public to present themselves to our visitors. Whenever this happens, we will save the entered data to publish the profile. This includes:

    • the number of years involved in CI (not mandatory, displayed on web),
    • a link to a Facebook-profile (not mandatory, displayed on web),
    • a profile image (not mandatory, displayed on web)
  • ORGANIZER PROFILE
    Organizers can decide, to make their profiles public to present themselves to our visitors. Whenever this happens, we will save the entered data to publish the profile. This includes:
    • email (mandatory, not displayed on web),
    • name (mandatory, displayed on web),
    • phone (not mandatory, displayed on web),
    • a link to a website (not mandatory, displayed on web)
