Wir teilen mit euch das Ergebnis unserer gemeinsamen Forschung zu den Fragen, wie uns das Wissen aus Körper- und Traumatherapie dabei unterstützen kann, uns mit jeder Zelle sicher zu fühlen, im Contact noch weiter loszulassen, uns wirklich berührbar zu machen. 

Mara und Leonie haben einen Hintergrund in CI, Cranio und Shiatsu.

With their backgrounds in Craniosacral Therapy and Shiatsu as well as CI, Mara and Leonie have been researching about how the knowledge from body therapy can support us to really feel save in Contact Improvisation, to let go even more, to make ourselves available to be touched.
