I am very happy to come back to the Frauenkloster Chiemsee after this wonderful Weekend Retreat we had in December 2023. I loved the spaciousness and also the depth of inquiries and connections that emerged. Next year, February 13-16th 2025, we want to expand the sense of journeying together for another day.

The theme is still forming and will be announced once it has matured.
My general approach won’t change though. It has a strong somatic base including developmental movement patterns, work with the elasticity of the fascia and bringing awareness to the regulation of the nervous system.

We’ll have moments to indulge into delicious details, befriend awkwardnesses, nibble at the edges of our comfort zone, and again and again move into open spaces to journey through in unpredictable ways. I am realising more and more strongly that the depth of our individual experiences is dependent on how we invest in the connections that make us feel part of group. My work will support that.
And a promise, as always: We will dance a lot!

Participants should be solidly familiar with Contact Improvisation principles and technique (intermediate- advanced level); and find their way in an open workshop structure. In case of doubt, check in with us.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance & liability.

Times: Thursday, 5 pm-7 pm, Friday & Saturday 10 am- 5.30 pm, Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm

Fee: €270-310 (depending on financial possibility) when applying until 13.12.24; thereafter €290-350

Accommodation in the monastery:

·  Category A, room with shower/toilet, lake view, single room 65 € per night, double room 55 € per person and night.

·  Category B, room with shower/toilet, courtyard view, single room 55 € per night, double room 45 € per person and night.

·  Category C, room with shared shower/toilet, single room 40 € per night, double room 35 € per person and night.

We have booked a kitchen for self-catering. Please bring along, what you want to eat or share.
