ANYWHERE TO EVERYWHERE
The main topic I would like to bring, as a question, an image and a physical
challenge is- Instead of "producing" movement, can we simply join what goes
through us? Can we get better and clearer to others in that?
Movement as a creature coming from somewhere and going somewhere else,
is blowing through us like trees in the wind, or fish in the river.
We tend to resist, or try to control and design it.
In between there is a huge range of "participation", that can be both efficient
and very pleasing, physically, mentally and even spiritually.
I intend to "set-up" a space to explore that exactly.
Through the lens and language of CI, where every move we make affects our
partners immediately, and vice versa, there is a good chance we learn
something really new, or at least expand what we already know.
There will be lots of physical study and exploration, and time to play with imagination as a key to the learning process.
This work is for anyone and everyone.
