Contact improvisation, water dance, improvisation in nature, early morning yoga, jams, sweat lodge. A 6 day immersion to submerge into the profundity of the body, dance and movement through contact improvisation and water explorations.
During this immersion will be time for deepening your contact technique, bringing your dance in touch with nature, exploring non-gravity-dancing in the water, waking up for your yoga practice at the lagoon, learning from the heat of the sweat lodge and enjoying the night-jams. Together we will find new ways to dance and be danced between water and land.
