During this week we will spend the morning with the classics, tai chi, helix rolls, crescent rolls, aikido rolls, ending with a jam before lunch. In the afternoons we will continue exploring the work that Benno Voorham left us with from the week prior. In the evenings, we jam and the sauna will be lit. $400canadian includes all meals, accommodation, taxes, transportation on Lasqueti.
