The same group of dancers will meet on three weekends - each led by a different teacher - to dive deeper into the richness of Contact Improvisation.

Two short and one long weekend - that's like 4 'normal' weekends - 11 days of dancing with amazing teachers! :)

This training is for you, if you:

• are very familiar with staying connected to your dance
• partner through a rolling point of contact
• feel the floor through your partner
• know how to pour your weight and use the ground from your partner
• are confident in taking weight
• know how to say no to weight, i.e. not accept weight
• are 100% committed to fall
• know how to land safe
• feel comfortable upside down
• are relaxed with lifts in both roles: under&overdancer
