Morning Intensives Description - Joaquin Alfei

We will explore key foundations of touch, weight-sharing, and momentum, with a particular emphasis on the art of falling—learning to yield to gravity, soften into the ground, and discover moments of improvisation within the unknown dynamics of weight-sharing

Friday Afternoon Workshop Description - Lewis Wilkins

A workshop of three parts encountering different preparations for dancing CI. We will start with normalising verbal communication with each other before, during, and after our dances, followed by technical principles for supporting and flying, ending with simple scores to create clear opportunities for these skills to be digested and revisited through improvisation
