A gathering. A remembering. A return to water.

Step into a world where movement and water merge, where your body becomes fluid, and dance transforms into an offering to the sea. This is an invitation to awaken your liquid self—to flow like a mermaid, a dolphin, a wave, a tear…

Each day, we will meet in nature’s embrace, exploring weightlessness, surrender, and deep presence. Together, we will dive into questions that open new realms of awareness:

How do we prepare our bodies to let go into the water’s embrace?
How do we move, breathe, and express in the unknown?
How do we share multi-dimensional journeys beneath the surface?
How do we create a new art, born from the body’s exploration in water?

Through Contact Improvisation, Water Bodywork, Aguahara, Water Rebozo, Authentic Movement, Continuum Movement, Breath Awareness, Sound, and Performance Art, we will craft a shared dance of fluidity and connection.

The clear, warm Mediterranean will be our classroom, and each day, guided by the wind and waves, we will gather at a new beach—where the elements align, and the moment calls us to move.
