In diesem Contact Improvisations Workshop möchten wir mit euch die Grundlagen der Contact Improvisation erkunden und vertiefen. Dabei werden wir im Solo und mit einer Partner*in die eigene Körperwahrnehmung schärfen und tiefere Schichten unserer Anatomie erkunden. Spezifische anatomische Details und Berührungen bringen uns in Bewegung und führen uns in den Tanz. Informationen über Knochen, Flüssigkeiten, Organe, Nervensystem werden in die Erkundung eingewoben.
Anschließend werden wir gemeinsam jammen. Contact Improvisation erfordert keine tänzerische Vorkenntnisse. Gaby Koch (www.dance-fields.de) ist Bewegungspädagogin, Tänzerin und Choreografin. Seit über 20 Jahren beschäftigt sie sich mit Contact Improvisation.
Kosten: 25 bis 35 Euro nach eigenem Ermessen plus 10 Euro Spende für die Raummiete
Getanzt wird barfuß mit langer Kleidung ohne Reißverschlüsse oder Knöpfe, in der du dich gut bewegen kannst.

In this Contact Improvisation Workshop we would like to explore and deepen the basics of Contact Improvisation with you. We will sharpen our own body awareness and explore deeper layers of our anatomy in solo and with a partner. Specific anatomical details and touches get us moving and lead us into the dance. Information about bones, fluids, organs, nervous system is woven into the exploration. Then we will jam together. Contact Improvisation requires no previous dance knowledge.
