A three-day workshop of Contactimprovisation (Patrick Collaud) and Feldenkrais (Michel Casanovas)

Are you interested in intensive bodywork combined with contact improvisation?
We start and end the day with a Feldenkrais session. The calm verbal instructions of the Feldenkrais Method convey clarity and effortlessness and open the space for creativity. The CI leads us into the early phases of our movement development, as well as into the spatial, dynamic and social dimensions of movement. The feeling of strength combined with sensitivity creates a flow from which dance can emerge.

The workshop is suitable for all people who are travelling with dance and/or bodywork and who want to work on their movement quality and who are curious. We will bring a wealth of new ideas, the fruits of the work of recent years.
