About the practice: 
As part of the series of events "Roberto Lun & Friends", Bruno Caverna will hold a 2 days of Play-Fight workshop, a self-empowering physical practice that weaves together cooperative qualities of dance partnering with highly refined confrontational principles from capoeira and internal martial arts.
The exploration goes beyond the fringes of mere physicality. The reciprocal mirroring through the physical drills leads the practice into a deep space of self-discovery, for acknowledging and revealing myriad aspects in human interactions and expressions. The core guidance is to learn how to preserve own integrity and inner calm under controlled stress-induced events while being engaged through playfully confrontational interactions. The embodiment of principles of non-resistance and non-violence is at the top of all achievements for allowing flow to be embodied, returning thus to our original state of being.

BRUNO CAVERNA
Over 30 years practing various disciplines from Capoeira, Acrobatics, Contact-Improvisation, Tai Chi, Contemporary Dance, to Russian Systema and Watsu, Bruno's vision has always been outside the box. In 1995 Bruno began teaching capoeira at psychiatric hospital, already deconstructing conventional methods. As Bruno never conformed himself to the mainstream, he has been determined to bring a shed new light to the old paradigms. Bruno has been forging PlayFight as an autodidact over the past 22 years, a pioneer in the path of integrting martial arts and dance, influencing several names in the newer generations. Recently Bruno authored Formless Arts, a revolutionary concept that questions individual and collective crystalized metal patterns. Formless Arts also work as a hub for a cross-disciplinary projects of and events of many sorts. Currently Bruno is based in Russia where he is studying in-depth Russial Systema with Alexander Soloveyv, a unique master of internal arts.
