Tous les samedis, une jam de contact improvisation où l’on commence ensemble avec une “petite danse” pour se mettre en jambe et où l’on laisse le mouvement se terminer en mots pour clore la session.

Une structure simple pour pratiquer une attention conjointe, incarnée et soutenue.

Arrivées entre 10h et 10h15 pour un début de la pratique à 10h15:

-20 min de petite danse

-20 min de pratique personnelle d’éveil (corporel, attentionnel, …)

-1h30 de jam: sans parole, avec possibilité de prendre à tout moment une posture de témoin

-10 min de récolte en solo, duo ou petit groupe

-10 min de partage en groupe entier

Notez bien qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un cours, mais d’une pratique partagée. Si vous n’avez jamais pratiqué le contact improvisation, nous vous conseillons vivement de suivre quelques cours avant de nous rejoindre. Lieu: salle de danse du gymnase Breguet / 27 rue Breguet 75011 Paris (2e étage)

Il n’y a pas de code. Si la porte est fermée, il suffit de sonner à l’interphone.

Every Saturday, a contact improvisation jam where we start together with a 'small dance' and let the movement end in words to close the session.

A simple structure for practising joint, embodied and sustained attention.

Arrivals between 10 am and 10:15 am for a 10:15 am start:

-20 minutes of small dance

-20 minutes of personal awakening practice (body, attention, etc...)

-1 hour 30 minutes of jam: no talking and with the possibility of taking on the role of witness at any time

-10 minutes of harvesting, in solo, duo or small group

-10 minutes sharing with the whole group

Please note that this is not a class, but a shared practice. If you've never practised contact improvisation before, we strongly advise you to take a few classes before joining us. You can find all the contact improvisation classes in Paris here: lolm.eu/ci-paris/

There is no code. If the door is closed, just ring the intercom.
