In einem einstündigen Pre-Workshop kommst Du erst im Raum, dann in Deinem Körper an und hast Zeit Dich auf die anderen Personen einzustellen. Unter Anleitung experimentierst Du mit deinem Körper, Vorstellungsbildern und erfährst technische Grundlagen der Contact Improvisation. Wir tanzen im Solo zur Vorbereitung, v.a. jedoch in Körperkontakt, eine gemeinsame Achse teilend. Wir erfahren, spüren und forschen in verschiedenen Ebenen,  auf der Suche nach einer reicheren, abwechslungsreicheren und authentischeren Bewegungssprache.

Nach circa einer Stunde bewegst Du dich improvisierend mit anderen während der Jam durch Zeit, Energie und Raum und lässt dich ganz auf die Kreativität des Augenblicks ein. Wichtig dabei ist der Aspekt des gegenseitigen Respektes und der Sensibilisierung für die physischen und emotionalen Grenzen sowohl der eigenen Person, als auch der anderen, offen und sensibel dafür wieviel Gewicht ich annehmen oder geben kann, wieviel Nähe oder Distanz ich erfahren möchte, etc. Dafür benötigt es eine wache Achtsamkeit für den Augenblick.

Was noch? Die Erfahrung des Körpers als Ganzes und mit seinen Teilen, Geschwindigkeit, Dynamik, Stille,  eine gemeinsame Achse teilen, Schwere und Leichtigkeit, der Rollpunkt, verschiedene Qualitäten von Berührung, Bewegungsfluss, der Einfluss von Schwerkraft, Trägheit und Fliehkraft und den der anderen Körpern, die verschiedenen Ebenen des Raumes,  Kommunikation, somatische Erfahrungen etc...

Voranmeldung nach Möglichkeit bis zum Abend vor der Jam ist erwünscht.

In a one-hour pre-workshop you arrive first in the room, then in your body and have time to adjust to the other people. Under supervision, you will experiment with your body, mental images and learn the technical basics of contact improvisation. We dance solo in preparation, but above all in physical contact, sharing a common axis. We experience, feel and research on different levels, looking for a richer, more varied and more authentic movement language.

After about an hour, you will improvise with others during the jam and move through time, energy and space and immerse yourself in the creativity of the moment. What is important here is the aspect of mutual respect and awareness of the physical and emotional limits of both oneself and others, being open and sensitive to how much weight I can accept or give, how much closeness or distance I want to experience, etc. For this it requires alert awareness for the moment.

What else? The experience of the body as a whole and with its parts, speed, dynamism, stillness, sharing a common axis, heaviness and lightness, the rolling point, different qualities of touch, flow of movement, the influence of gravity, inertia and centrifugal force and that of other bodies, the different levels of space, communication, somatic experiences etc...

Pre-registration is desired, if possible by the evening before the jam.
