In this five day retreat we will search for qualities of presence that bring clarity and intricacy to the expression and communication in movement. We will look at the principles of CI such as support, use of momentum, sinking and suspension, exploration of the backspace to feed our curiosity of dancing in the unknown.

We will explore somatic and meditative practices to engage in the broader experience of listening to the entire ensemble of movers and our environment. Our curiosity is to investigate the liminal space - the in-between of inner and outer states and all that is alive in the transitions.

We will have guided sessions supported by open space for bodywork, self-directed learning, resting, writing, talks & sharings.
