In this technical workshop we explore the tensegrity and agility of our spine in order to find easiness and lightness while moving and being lifted. This will in turn give more freedom and autonomy to fly, suspend in the air, be light for our support, roll up our partner's back.
We will use some tools for both experienced and new improvisers, such as Material for the spine (Steve Paxton) and spinal push (BMC).
