Samstag und Sonntag können einzeln oder zusammen gebucht werden.

Momente der Stille oder Höhen und Tiefen in der Contactimprovisation. In unserem Workshop werden wir die Stützen in der Kontaktimprovisation aus einer anderen Perspektive betrachten.

Wir werden Stützen als eine gemeinsame Bewegung, als Fall und Flug betrachten. Wie das gemeinsame Spiel mit der Schwerkraft, nicht die Fähigkeit, Gewichte zu heben. Die Fähigkeit, die eigene Struktur und die Struktur des Partners zu nutzen, die ständige Interaktion mit der Erde und dem Raum schafft unendliche Möglichkeiten für Flüge und Improvisationen zum Vergnügen, ohne den Einsatz von Kraft.

Wie können wir unseren Körper befreien und ihm erlauben, einfach auf Veränderungen im Raum zu reagieren? Wie schaffen Veränderungen des Körpers ein Spiel in der Interaktion des Körpers mit dem äusseren Raum und dem Körper des Partners? Wie kann man sich nicht in dem endlosen Spiel des Raumes verlieren und die Begegnung mit dem Unbekannten geniessen?

In unserem Workshop werden wir mit verschiedenen Systemen unseres Körpers arbeiten. Wir werden versuchen, diese Systeme so zu synchronisieren, dass wir unseren Körper und den des Partners in der Interaktion angenehm nutzen können. Wir werden versuchen, einen anderen Blick auf die Grundprinzipien von Bewegung und Interaktion zu werfen, und vielleicht eröffnet uns das grosse Möglichkeiten und hilft, mehr Freiheit und Interesse an der Improvisation zu schaffen.

Wir spielen und experimentieren mit den physischen Fähigkeiten und Zuständen unseres Körpers.

Workshop description

Moments of silence or flights and falls in contact improvisation. In our workshop, we will look at supports in contact improvisation from a different perspective.

We will look at supports as a joint movement, fall and flight. Like playing together with gravity, not the ability to lift weights. The ability to use your own structure and the structure of your partner, constant interaction with the earth and space creates endless opportunities for flights and improvisation for pleasure without the use of force.

How can we free our body and allow it to simply respond to changes in space? How do changes in the body create a game in the interaction of the body with the external space and the partner's body? How not to lose yourself in the endless game of space and enjoy the meeting with the unknown?

In our workshop, we will work with various systems of our body. We will try to synchronize these systems for the comfortable use of our body and the partner's body in interaction. We will try to take a different look at the basic principles of movement and interaction, and perhaps this will open up great opportunities for us and help create more freedom and interest in improvisation.

Biography Sergey Semichev (Ukraine)

Semichev Sergey. Born in 1978 in the city of Snezhnoye, Donetsk region, Ukraine. In childhood and youth, he was engaged in gymnastics and acrobatics. Later athletics and fitness. Professional massage therapist since 2000. From 2007 to 2013 professional fitness trainer and massage therapist in a sports and recreation centre in Donetsk, Ukraine.

He started dancing contact improvisation in 2011 in Donetsk. In 2013 he started teaching contact improvisation together with his wife Marina Semicheva in Donetsk. In 2014, due to the outbreak of war in eastern Ukraine, he moved with his family to Kyiv, where he continued to study and dance contact improvisation. Since 2015, a teacher of contact improvisation in the Kyiv community of contact improvisation. From 2016 to 2021 teacher at the international festival of contact improvisation Dancefullness in Ukraine improvisation. From 2017 to 2022, together with Marina Semicheva, the organizer of regular contact improvisation laboratories in Kyiv. Co-organizer of the contact improvisation festival Ecite 2019.

From 2016 to 2021 co-organizer and teacher of the winter contact improvisation festival Karpatski fest. From 2016 to 2021, co-organizer and teacher of the festival of contact improvisation and filming of dance films Dance Pavilion. Organizer of the winter festival of contact improvisation Contact winter 2022.

Traitor of contact improvisation in Ukraine, Moldova, China, Portugal, Austria, and Italy. In 2022 he moved with his family to Italy/Rome.
