Yoga and meditation teacher, bodyworker, dancer, visual artist. After studying visual arts, I began my research in the field of performance, contemporary dance and audiovisual arts internationally, especially in Germany and Spain, where I studied the Master in Performing Practice and Visual Culture at the Museo Reina Sofia in Madrid.
I met Contact Improvisation in 2016 and it was love at first sight, since then I have been deepening my training studying with many teachers and nourishing myself with the warmth of the international CI community.
Contact Improvisation has become an important part of my research both in daily and artistic expression.
My practice beyond CI fuses somatics with yoga, meditation, philosophy, creation, encouraging a dynamic connection between body and mind.
