I've been practicing contact for a good decade now- learning first under the many skilled teachers that I met in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. My favorite teaching tools are authentic movement and finding the balance between listening and resistance. I first tried my hand teaching many years ago in Minneapolis, but began teaching regularly in 2018, when I moved to the Pittsburgh region. I now teach with several other wonderful contact colleagues every week!

Significant teachers
I have been taught by the following teachers: Bobby Kokott, Dustin Haug, Rosy Simas, Taja Will, HiJack (Kristen and Arwen), Blake Nellis, Karen Nelson, Martin Keogh, Nina Little, Benno Voorham, Chris Aiken, Angie Hauser, Olive Bieringa, Otto Ramsted, Sarah Gottlieb, Anne Cooper Albright, and several others. These folks all changed my life.
