An immersive 2-day experience combining Contact Improvisation (CI) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to cultivate presence, listening, and empathy—both in the body and in words.
We dance what is alive in us.
And we ask ourselves: How can we communicate and move in ways that make life—and dance—more wonderful?
Through movement, contact, and honest, empathetic language, we explore how to create spaces of trust, spontaneity, and care.
