Oslo Kontaktimpro arranges a weekly sunday jam from the middle of January till the middle of June, and from the end of August till middle of Desember.

Time and place:

From 6PM to 9PM at Rom for Dans, Marstrandgata 8 (the entrance is from Stockholmgata). Ring the bell, and we will open. The studio is on the top floor.

The first 30-40 minutes will be a guided warmup, and the rest of the evening is an open jam, where we explore contact improvisation together.

Cost: 130 kr (about 13 Euros)

Wear comfortable clothes, with no buttons and zips. Since contact improvisation includes a lot of sliding and rolling on the floor, many people prefer to wear a long sleeved sweater and long pants.
