This contact improvisation workshop intensive comes in two parts.

The first part takes place in the city. Here, we will learn how to connect to our bodies, to the space and to others around us. Listening exercises, entering/exiting strategies, and group scores will be utilized to aid us in this process.

The second part will be held at an organic eco farm resort far from the city. Here, we will draw inspiration from nature to awaken our senses further. We will then extend our perception into more athletic states of moving, exploring central concepts and skills in contact improvisation such as flying and falling, lifting and leaping.
