Join us dancing in this nice growing CI-community in Utrecht.

A Contact-Improvisation jam is a free space to practice and enjoy this unique somatic dance form, where acting reacting on each others movement is the starting of the dance.
Move however you choose: in duos, solos, trios, etc; sometimes accompanied by music and sometimes in silence – always with care and attention - or have a little break and watch at the sidelines…

This Utrecht-Jam is know for the open atmosphere, were many group-interactions happen beside duets. Therefore this Jam is also very welcoming for newcomers!

The jam is open for participants of all levels,
and geared to integrate amateurs and newcomers to the form. 

No prior experience is necessary
A guided warming up will help you to arrive in your body and get started.

** PRACTICALS  **

    • Doors open at 13:45
    • 14:00 Guided warm-up into the Jam ;
        Feel free to join whenever you want and do your own warm-up
     • 17:00 closing together

    Cost: € 10-15 (sliding scale, €5 minimum)
    No registration required.
