Alba Raventós is an expert in somatic research and movement. She is a certified in Body-Mind Centering® and a passionate Somatic Educator. Co-director of Ara en Moviment, Cultural Association based in Barcelona, she has developed numerous projects for more than a decade creating festivals and pedagogy combining dance, somatics, and cultural reflection. Her teaching spans regular classes, international intensives, and participatory performance projects and somatic installations. Alba’s approach centers on cultivating awareness and creativity, offering tools to connect deeply with the body and the dynamics of movement.
