The Berkeley jam is in STUDIO AZUL of the Sawtooth Building 3:30-6:15 pm every Sat. including holidays. Enter in the hallway marked 2525 8th Street. The Studio door is about 1/2 down the bay on your right.
Whatever your level or ability, you are welcome to join us. There is space for quiet and boisterous dancing; peaceful and silly play; low rolling and high flying; stretching and resting on the beautiful sprung wood floor. There are no beginning or ending circles. Going to the class beforehand (usually 1:45 to 3:30, see below) is a good way to ease in.
