In this contact improvisation workshop we will work on being able to shift within the spectrum of speed - going fast and slow. We will incorporate somatic practices to refine our functional alignment and move with an awareness of time and speed.

This workshop works on developing a mindset for body agency and improvisation readiness, helping us feel more confident. We will explore exercises that help staying grounded, present in the body and responsive to the environment. This will support us to incorporate more dynamic material like running and jumping.

For whom? Contact improvisation is not new to you. You are familiar with the physical fundaments and you want to further explore and enrich your practice and skills.
