✨Join us to this year's edition of movement practices and Contact Improvisation exploration.
Let’s celebrate our bodies and our capabilities to move naturally in this chaotic world, with this amazing team of facilitators:

✨What to expect:
- 3h Movement practice (morning) - a full class where we train and awake our attention, agility, awareness, muscles and coordination within a playfulness group games and challenges
- 3h Contact Improvisation practice (afternoon) - a full class of CI practice that gives us tools and opportunity to develop our connection and improve our body knowledge meanwhile we integrate our consciousness and body language.
- jam - after dinner, the dancefloor will be open to gather and dance together in a jam where we can express our intentions, bodies and sensations in a secure and free space.

📍Quinta das Casas Altas, Santarém - 1h drive from Lisbon, 2h from Porto (precise location and how to arrive are detailed in our application form). This beautiful space has a climatized 120m2 studio for us to dance and it's a beautiful place with shades for you to set up a tent or your van. Also shared rooms are available to rent.

🧘‍♀️We will have an amazing homemade vegetarian food served in a beautiful kitchen/common space, a beautiful garden, chill out zone and a pool for us to refresh our bodies in the amazing summertime in Portugal.

💰Price:
280€ full pass → this INCLUDES all the PRACTICES and FOOD during the event.

🛏 Accommodation: (paid directly to the venue)
- 8€/night camping or van OR
- 25€/night for a bed in a shared room (max 4-5 people/house). Each room has a maximum of 4 beds. There are 5 tiny houses available to rent, each house with 2 bedrooms. All houses have their own bathroom and AC.
