TEXTURES OF CONTACT: An Intensive Exploration

Join us in Warsaw on the 24th and 25th of May for an extraordinary Contact Improvisation experience. This intensive workshop introduces a blindfolding approach to contact improvisation, using physical contact as our unique point of reference. Blindfolding has been a transformative tool in my personal exploration of CI, and I'm excited to share its magic with you.

Workshop Structure:
✨ Saturday Morning (11am-2pm): Grounding – Dive into the world of listening, presence, and trust.
✨ Saturday Afternoon (4pm-7pm): Bodywork and Sensory Exploration – Delve into the rich tapestry of sensations, textures, and contact.
✨ Sunday Morning (11am-2pm): Technique and Observation – Enhance your skills with the guidance of closed eyes.
✨ Sunday Afternoon (4pm-7pm): Integration and Dance – Integrating it all together in a dance exploration.

To fully immerse yourself in this unique experience, we recommend attending both days to foster a deep connection with a supportive group and build a common trust and vocabulary. However, if you can only make it for one day, you're still welcome!

🔹 A deposit of 30€ is required to secure your spot. This deposit is refundable only until May 15th.

All levels and bodies are welcome at the intensive.

☀️ About Me (Aham):
Born in Barcelona, I journeyed through various sports and disciplines, including martial arts, acrobatics, parkour, dance, and gymnastics. My path led me to acting studies, where I discovered Contact Improvisation as a powerful tool for physical listening within physical theater. As life unfolded, I ventured into travel, movement, contact, and facilitation. Since then, I've been on the road, dancing, and facilitating workshops on CI and conscious movement.
