I am an interdisciplinary performance artist and educator based in London. I teach across HE Performing Arts Institutions (mainly Rose Bruford College and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance) and as a freelancer. With movement and the senses at the core of my practice, I interact with other media including text, video, everyday objects and natural materials to create intimate, multi-layered, poetic and surreal environments as spaces of connection, reminiscence and change.
My artistic practice explores raw and tender territories of vulnerability, memory, care and candidness in human relationships imbued in more-than-human worlds. I have dealt especially with mother-daughter relationships, female friendships, experiences of giving birth and mothering.
My work is based in collaborative and interdisciplinary processes and has travelled in Greece, UK, Italy, Poland, Germany, Egypt and Lebanon.
