Above all, Margret is interested in a wide, open space to simply be, freedom of expression and deep stillness in her work. She loves bodywork, movement, language and art. After studying literature and cultural studies, she has been diving deeper and deeper into the world of holistic body and consciousness work for many years. In addition to yoga, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, meditation, Nuad Thai, Osteothai and craniosacral work, she is particularly passionate about dance. ​

Dancing has been with her since she was a child. She was for many years part of Tanztheater companies, practiced various dance styles and conscious dance forms, engaged herself with dance theory and history and has been involved in the organization of contemporary dance and performance art for years. In Sabine Parzer's trainings, the dancer and the bodyworker in her find joy, depth and inspiration. The fact that she found a path back to Authentic Movement, which she practiced as a teenager, is particularly valuable to her.  ​

She never stops learning and so numerous further training courses in trauma work, somatics, thanatology, martial arts, shamanism and constellation work have taken her to various countries. She has a practice in Graz, teaches in yoga, dance and bodywork trainings and leads retreats.
