I have been teaching and organising CI events for about 15 years, My research is located within the space between CI, Japanese martial arts (principles), and a wider context of meditation principles and ecology.

I am an Aikido sensei/Aikidoka (30+ years) and am currently enjoying my newest movement research of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 

I have taught at home in the UK and abroad at many different festivals and workshops over the years.
