Water Sisters, Dance improvisation in Water  °°°° 

A journey into our connection with the feminine, through a sensitive listening to the soul in motion – an organic dance in the underwater world, linking us to the original matrix.

Water is an amazingly transformative element, that enables to go on an emotional/spiritual journey into a profound state of relaxation. Its soothing warmth encourages us to let go and surrender to the waves of floating bodies.

An invitation to meet yourself, explore our biological cycles*, create deep connections, share rituals, and celebrate the richness of our femininity together.

A Women’s circle is an intimate, sacred space where women of all ages and backgrounds can share their thoughts, secrets, questions, and experiences. This safe space offers a sense of kindness, freedom of expression, and attentive listening.

Bodywork, Authentic Movement, drawing, sharing and writing – inspired by the Life Art Process – will be our somatic tools to ground our practices on land.

*You are warmly welcome, either alone or accompanied by a friend, mother, sister, or daughter, to bring sacredness and joy to your relationship with your cycles, menopause, motherhood, or any other phase of life currently calling for awareness.
