NEW YEAR CI FESTIVAL BASEL

Welcome to the New Year CI Festival Basel 2025!

A five-day celebration of contact improvisation, connection, and warmth to close the year. Join us to move, harvest, rest, and revitalize in a cozy winter capsule, crafted for experienced CI practitioners!
The festival offers daily morning and evening jams, two afternoon classes on "Lifts & tricks" with Antoine Ragot and shared meals. We will begin each day with silent jams and open the night dancing to the magic of live musicians.

On 31 December, we will co-create a performance night to welcome the new year.

Prior to festival Antoine Ragot will offer a Contact Improvisation workshop on the 27th and 28th December in the afternoons: "Evolutionary perspective of the spine". It can be booked separately from the festival. More info below.
