We will investigate the „beyond small“,  explore the spine , sit-bone connected to fingertip, hip-bone investigation how is it effecting our dance .
This workshop series is born out of curiosity to time as in taking time and focus on movement beyond small. How is our dance of Contact Improvisation changing from with- in this physically based focus on the spine.
We will work with Steve Paxtons „Material for the Spine“

Wir werden das „jenseits des Kleinen“ erforschen, die Wirbelsäule, die Sitzknochen in Verbindung mit den Fingerspitzen und die Hüftknochen untersuchen, wie sie sich auf unseren Tanz auswirken.

Diese Workshop-Reihe ist aus der Neugier auf die Zeit geboren, sich Zeit zu nehmen und sich auf die Bewegung jenseits des Kleinen zu konzentrieren.

Wie verändert sich unser Tanz der Contact Improvisation mit diesem körperlich basierten Fokus.
Wir werden mit Steve Paxton's „Material for the Spine“ arbeiten.

Willkommen ist jede/r mit Interesse, dieses Feld zu erforschen.

Christine Luggen
ist Impro-Tänzerin und erfahrene Alexander-Technik-Therapeutin
Ihre Tanzausbildung ua an der EDDC in Arnhem, Holland, hat ihren Weg tief geprägt. Dort machte sie inspirierende Erfahrungen mit LehrerInnen wie Steve Paxton, Nancy Stark Smith, Lisa Nelson, Karen Nelson und KJ Holmes. In Arnhem erlernte sie bei Steve Paxton das „Material for the Spine“
Sie lebt und arbeitet als Körpertherapeutin in eigener Praxis in Zürich.
