Encounter in dance – in Contact Improvisation we meet each other. We meet to explore together. This journey begins in the physical, exploring the possibilities of our own bodies and the possibilities of our bodies in dialogue.

We deepen our body awareness and focus on different systems, such as bones, fascia, muscles, how to play with gravity and momentum, spirals and dissociation. We research with body focus, slowness, weight and many, many more topics.

We look for ways to leave our habits and give ourselves openly into the flow of dance.
We share, give and take weight, searching for the balance between letting go and stability, experience ourselves

The class is happening regular except on holidays.
