Per il nostro ultimo incontro della stagione, ho scelto di esaminare cosa si potrebbe fare una volta integrati alcuni elementi essenziali della tecnica di Contact Improvisation, usandoli come terreno da cui partire per improvvisazioni che ci riportano a danze da soli o in gruppo, senza essere necessariamente in contatto fisico, ma con l’esperienza della gravità e della connessione con l’ambiente. Si aggiungeranno anche alcune espressioni emozionali che provengono direttamente dal corpo e non dal nostro cervello.

Old Principles Reviewed  “Touching Limits”

For our last meeting of the season I chose to look at what could be done once we have integrated some essentials of the technique of Contact Improvisation, using it as a ground from which to go into improvisations that bring us back to solo or group dances without necessarily being in physical contact, but with the experience of gravity and connectedness to the environment. Also adding some emotional expression that come directly from the body and not from our brain.

In case of cancellation within the first 2 weeks from the beginning of the seminar, the deposit will be refunded with a deduction of € 30,00 for organization costs - after that date the amount won’t be refundable.
Hospitality: Participants who needs, will have the chance to sleep for free in Il Cortile’s space bringing own sleeping bag. Please, ask for it when you register.
