Encuerpar is a somatic movement festival where we explore the union of mind and body through dance, relational touch and contact improvisation on land and water. We delve into the consciousness of movement through the tools of Body Mind Movement, Somatic Experiencing & Authentic Movement among other somatic aspects that support the integration of the artistic, playful and therapeutic.
