We are all navigating an unpredictable and uncertain world. You are warmly invited to the practice of Contact Improvisation (CI) in the series Get in Contact, exploring how can we be at ease with ourselves in a changeable world. Suitable for both complete beginners as well as more experienced movers.

what to expect
How can we train our bodies, hearts and minds to move safely and bravely through the unknown? How can we cultivate ways of relating more trustful to ourselves, others, and the environment in which we live? Meeting these and related questions, you are very welcome to join Get in Contact.

Open-mindedness, curiosity and mutual respect are the only prerequisites for participation. Diversity and minorities welcome and are encouraged to join.

Each session begins with a short warm up, followed by a workshop focused on fundamental principles and qualities that can be developed through CI. Ample space is then given to free conscious movement, improvising and experimentation.
