What:

In this workshop, we will explore the intricacies of working close to the floor in groups.

Carrying on from Aerial Oddities, we will be exploring trios but this time rooting deeply downward so our bodies will become terrain for each other.

Multiple partners will allow us to spread our weight into multiple points of contact and into new possibilities.

I will be breaking down the dropping under / following on technique, which I think is the key to improving CI dancing.

As always with my workshops, you can choose your own level of challenge. Technical study will evolve into free Contact Dancing, where we can explore and integrate new learnings into improvisation.

Who’s it for: This workshop is open to beginners.
