Passionate about dance and movement for over 15 years, I'm particularly interested in free, spontaneous dance based on the art of improvisation. Trained in Wutao (a contemporary Taoist-influenced body art) and in the practice of Danser Être Dansé with Véronique Pioch, I now run free dance and Wutao workshops and enjoy creating spaces for bodily expression and exploration.
My encounter with Contact-Improvisation dance was a turning point in my approach to dance movement and my relationship with others and the world. For several years now, I've been co-organising the International DCI Festival in Provence and I run CI classes in Avignon (France).
What's dearest to my heart is passing on my love of dance and the joy of free movement, unburdened by the limits and conditioning we can impose on ourselves, so that we can fully inhabit the present moment.
