Our body and psyche are always true, they never cheat us. We learn to listen to them, to find our inner truth. Forget your concept of self and what you are: Trust the moment and your body.
In this workshop we create energy in our bodies on our own as well as by influencing each other. We can create energy by breathing, by shaking and rocking, by vibration and through touch. Each dance, each encounter informs our bodies, changes us energetically. Each dance makes us/our identity anew. Through aware breathing we support our dance.

In this workshop you experience:
<3 Conscious breathing, tantric breathing, tantric breathing circles
<3 Directing of (sexual) energy in the body
<3 How sexual energy nourishes your dance
<3 High awareness, ability to listen to each other
<3 Feeling subtle sensations, emotions and energies in your body
<3 Qualities of touch, elements of touch
<3 Tandava. slow dance meditation
<3 Spanda - meaningful in Kashmiri tantrism - is vibration, consciousness, cosmic vibration. 
<3 Elements of Kashmiri tantric massage
<3 Wheel of consent, being clear about your Yes or No to a touch, a dance or an encounter. Touch as giving or taking
