●Residential program in Axis Syllabus and Contact Improvisation: With Maria Mora, Ona Fusté, and Kira Kirsch.

●For 11 days, Maria Mora, Ona Fusté, and Kira Kirsch will accompany and guide us through a learning process, coexistence, and immersion in the practice of Axis Syllabus and Contact Improvisation.
●The 11 days include two intensive workshops of 4 days each, separated by 3 days of self-managed laboratory residency, to integrate, investigate, and further develop the shared tools.
●We will gather at A Rigueira, a rural creative space, with nature as the backdrop that embraces the practice, and a small group of 22 dancers, to focus, deepen, and enjoy the proposal.
●The days in the laboratory will be a time to share dances, experiences, and proposals, getting to know each other more in the dance space as well as outside of it.
●We will have the opportunity to integrate Nature into the practice, and to open up spaces for research based on the material provided by Maria and Ona.

A Rigueira is a modest creative space nestled in the heart of nature, located in a serene location just 25km from the city of Lugo. Situated by the Rigueira stream, it is a secluded house embodying the traditional Galician rural architecture, dating back over 300 years.
The house features the rustic charm of old stables, a grand wood-fired oven, a well, and various indoor and outdoor spaces. Surrounded by fruit trees, vegetable gardens, meadows, historic water mills, ancient trees, and rolling hills.
Partially renovated, the house provides essential comforts for activities and relaxation, without lavish extravagance, retaining its rural essence for a communal and nature-connected experience right from the start.
A Rigueira offers a setting that invites a different level of listening, breathing, and immersion in nature, enriching our dance.
With both single and shared rooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area, and plenty of spots to unwind, the house is a stone's throw from forests and rivers.
The dance area, situated in one of the original stables, spans 80m2 and features windows that establish a connection to the natural surroundings.
